Participants with any of these conditions are strongly advised not to participate. Children aged under 12 shall be accompanied by guardians or parents during the activities.
- Paid tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Except upon occurrence of adverse weather conditions, i.e., when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in force, or a Black, Red, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, The Door Collective Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The arrangement will be annouced at least 2 hours prior to the start of the activity.
