- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the start time without penalty. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge equal to 100% of the session cost.
- Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving late will receive the remaining balance of their scheduled time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without prior text or email notice will be considered a "No-Show." The appointment will be cancelled, and the full session fee will apply.
- No-Shows: Missed appointments with no prior notification are completely non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled under the initial payment.
