[Parent-Child Mindfulness Workshop]
The pressure on children in Hong Kong is comparable to that on adults. The entrance interviews for primary school are too difficult, there are too many homework exams, and the courses are too advanced, which leads to parents or schools putting more pressure on children.
Excessive pressure can easily cause children to "fail" in exams or competitions, preventing them from performing to their full potential and seriously affecting their physical and mental health.
Mindfulness is a very popular way for adults and children to reduce stress. Experiments have shown that mindfulness has amazing effects, helping children improve their concentration and memory, as well as their emotional control, empathy, and interpersonal relationships.
In this experiential workshop, parents can learn about mindfulness, have the opportunity to experience it firsthand, and even learn a few techniques and mindfulness games to play with their children.

【學習親子靜心工作坊】
香港小朋友壓力之大,跟成年人不相伯仲,升小面試太難、功課考試太多、課程太深等,導致父母或學校給予孩子更多的壓力。
壓力過大,容易令小朋友在考試或比賽當中「失手」,不能發揮應有水平,而且嚴重影響身心靈健康。
正念/靜觀 (mindfulness) 是現時非常流行的一種讓大人和小朋友減壓的方式。有實驗證明,靜觀擁有奇妙的功效,能有助兒童提升專注力、記憶力,而且對情緒控制很有幫助,並且能夠改善同理心、人際關係等。
在此體驗工作坊當中,家長能認識靜觀,並有機會親身自行體驗,而且還能在其中學會一兩招再加也能與孩子進行的靜觀小遊戲。
