In the tranquil setting of a century-old house in Kam Tin, we will open a door to inner peace for you. We will begin with the scent of the earth, harvesting herbs by hand and making hydrosols, combining mindful eating meditation with the healing power of singing bowls. In this half-day "shutdown time," you will clear away long-accumulated emotional impurities and rediscover your body's most primal rhythm.

11:00 - 13:00 | Aromatherapy Hydrosol Workshop

Let's slow down and not rush. Begin by walking into the herb garden and harvesting herbs by hand, experiencing the extraction of fresh hydrosol drop by drop, and then blending two aromatherapy products to soothe your current mood.


13:00 - 14:30 | [Contemplation] Mindfulness Eating Meditation and Countryside Walk

Enjoy a simple vegetarian meal in silence, connecting you with the earth. Practice mindfulness and savoring each bite, then experience the scents of soil and vegetation in a walking meditation, allowing your mind to return to the present moment.


14:30 - 16:00 | [Return to Silence] Singing Bowl Sounds and Summary

Let the low-frequency vibrations of the singing bowl envelop your entire body, combined with the aromatherapy prepared in the morning, to cleanse your mind of impurities. Finally, in a warm sharing session, gently return home with a peaceful power.

在錦田百年古屋的一片恬靜中,為你開啟這扇通往內在平靜的門。我們將從泥土的氣味開始,透過親手採收香草、製作純露,結合正念食禪與頌鉢聲頻療癒,讓你在半天的「關機時間」裡,清空積壓已久的情緒雜質,找回身體最原始的律動。


活動內容:

11:00 - 13:00|【萃取】香薰純露工作坊

不趕行程,我們慢下來。從走進香草園親手收割開始,體驗新鮮純露的滴滴萃取,並調配兩款能安撫你當下情緒的香薰產品。


13:00 - 14:30|【觀受】正念食禪與田園散步

在靜默中享用一份與土地連結的素食簡餐。練習「觀受」與細嚼,隨後在一步一嗅的步行禪中,感受泥土與草木的氣息,讓心回到當下。


14:30 - 16:00|【歸靜】頌鉢聲頻與總結

讓頌鉢的低頻振動包裹全身,配合早晨製作的香薰,清空心靈雜質。最後在溫暖的分享中,帶著平靜的力量溫柔賦歸。
