Calling all runners in Tsuen Wan! YUTER is bringing Evening Running Club with Newly Emerged Sports Association and YActive for two Wednesdays this June, offering a fantastic opportunity to get your heart pumping and connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts. Mark your calendars for June 11th and June 18th, and prepare to hit the pavement.

  • Meet-up Time: 7:30 PM
  • Meet-up Location: L1 Area A at D Park Tsuen Wan

  • Storage: Available at L1 Basketball Court, D PARK Tsuen Wan


YUTER will be setting a well-planned 5KM route through the Tsuen Wan area, perfect for runners of all levels. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting your running journey, this is a great way to enjoy a refreshing evening workout and discover new routes in your neighborhood.


Special Treat on June 18th: Sound Bath Meditation Before the Run!


For the June 18th session, YUTER is adding a unique and beneficial element: a sound bath session to help you unwind and prepare both mentally and physically for your run.


  • Sound Bath Session Time: 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM


Prior to the run, immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance focus. This pre-run ritual will help you clear your mind and connect with your body, setting you up for a more mindful and enjoyable running experience.

跑手們注意啦!YUTER 聯同 中國香港新興運動協會 及 YActive,將於今個六月舉辦兩場夜跑活動,為你提供一個絕佳機會,一邊揮灑汗水,一邊結識同好。6月11日和18日 (星期三) 約定你!帶上你的跑鞋,一齊享受跑步嘅樂趣!

YUTER 精心設計了一條5公里路線,帶你穿梭荃灣街頭,無論你是經驗豐富的馬拉松跑手,還是剛開始接觸跑步的新手,都能享受夜晚涼風,發掘社區新路線。  


6月18日特別環節:跑步前嘅「聲浴冥想」! 


在6月18日的活動中,YUTER 特別加入「聲浴冥想」環節,助你放鬆身心,為跑步做好準備。  

聲浴冥想時間:晚上6:30至7:15  


在起跑前,讓自己沉浸於療癒的聲頻振動中,釋放壓力、提升專注力,帶住平靜嘅心態享受跑步樂趣。
