ELASKO is a unique stretching system that goes beyond traditional stretching. It takes into account not only the physical movements but also the coach's voice, tone, and the ambient lighting, allowing you to stretch in the most relaxed state. By combining body movements, breathing, and the environment, ELASKO helps reconnect the body and mind. It is suitable for anyone who wants to become more aware of their physical and mental well-being.

Enjoy an incredible ELASKO stretching performance by The Dynamic Care team up close. Accompanied by elegant music and captivating guided sounds, immerse yourself in this journey filled with diverse energies, as if entering a wondrous world full of vitality and harmony.

ELASKO互動體驗工作坊 ELASKO Interactive Experience Workshop

Dynamic Care 團隊親自指導，讓你學習基本結合ELASKO Frame 和 ELASKO 球的拉伸技巧。接著再跟隨輕快的音樂節拍擺動身體，讓你不僅能體驗肢體的伸展，更能體驗身體與心靈的連結。透過運動，感受身體與心靈的自然律動，在動態中找到屬於你的喜悅。

Led by the Dynamic Care team, you will learn basic stretching techniques combining the ELASKO Frame and ELASKO ball. Follow the lively music beats to move your body, allowing you to experience not only physical stretching but also the connection between body and mind. Through movement, feel the natural rhythm of your body and mind, and find joy in motion.

• Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for ease of exercise
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop and prepare the e-tickets for check-in
• Not recommended for individuals who are disabled, pregnant, have been diagnosed with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or other diseases that are not suitable for vigorous physical activities, or have a pacemaker installed. Participants with any of these conditions are strongly advised not to participate. Children aged under 12 shall be accompanied by guardians or parents during the activities.
• Paid tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Except upon occurrence of adverse weather conditions, i.e., when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in force, or a Black, Red, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, The Door Collective Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The arrangement will be annouced at least 2 hours prior to the start of the activity.
