In this immersive experience, Professional Integrative Sound Healer - Hebe Chu and Crystal Singing Bowl Therapist - CK will guide you through a "Sound Bath" to release elements of joy from your body and mind, unlocking the door to self-healing. Starting with mindful breathing, the resonant frequencies of large gongs and crystal bowls will carry you in a weightless dance through a field of joyful energy, deeply recharging your body and soul.

靜觀呼吸 Mindful Breathing

透過一系列簡單的伸展運動和專注的呼吸法，我們將逐步引導你進入一種靜觀的狀態。在這個過程中，我們會使用自然系樂器，如雨聲棒和溪水鼓，來營造出大自然的氛圍，讓你彷彿置身於一個寧靜的森林或海邊。透過這些聲音，你將能夠以聽覺感受身體與大地的連結，讓內心的平靜與喜悅在身體中流淌，為接下來的音頻療癒做好準備。

Through a series of simple stretching exercises and focused breathing techniques, we will gradually guide you into a state of mindfulness. During this process, we will use nature-inspired instruments, such as rain sticks and brook drums, to create an atmosphere of the natural world, making you feel as if you are in a tranquil forest or by the seaside. Through these sounds, you will be able to connect with the earth through your sense of hearing, allowing inner peace and joy to flow through your body, preparing you for the upcoming sound healing session.

沉浸式音頻療癒 Immersive Sound Bath

當你躺臥在瑜伽墊上完全放鬆時，我們將使用一系列樂器，包括大銅鑼、水晶缽、銅缽、風鈴和薩滿鼓，來進行音頻療癒。這些樂器所產生的循環迴盪的音頻將與你身體的每一個細胞產生共鳴，幫助你釋放平日裡積累的緊繃和壓力。這種深度的放鬆不僅能讓你的身體得到休息，還能讓你的心靈得到淨化，重新找回內在的平靜與和諧。

As you lie comfortably on your yoga mat in a state of complete relaxation, we will use a variety of instruments, including large gongs, crystal singing bowls, copper singing bowls, wind chimes, and shamanic drums, to conduct sound frequency healing. The circulating and resonating frequencies produced by these instruments will resonate with every cell in your body, helping you release the tension and stress that has accumulated over time. This deep relaxation not only allows your body to rest but also purifies your spirit, helping you rediscover inner peace and harmony.
