This Tai Chi performance innovatively integrates Wudang Neijia Tai Chi boxing and swordsmanship, showcasing the aesthetic qualities of Tai Chi's balance of hardness and softness, and its harmonious interplay of movement and stillness. Through smooth movements perfectly combined with music, it presents the unique charm of Tai Chi's spiral motion, breaking the traditional stereotype of Tai Chi as "slow and leisurely" and reshaping the dynamic and vibrant nature of modern Yin-Yang Tai Chi. The performance is not only a visual feast but also a journey of spiritual joy, allowing the audience to feel the inner happiness and harmony brought by Tai Chi while watching.

太極互動工作坊 - 武當內家古法太極尺 Tai Chi Interactive Workshop - Interactive Content: Wudang Neijia Ancient Tai Chi Ruler

太極尺松肩活脊升陽氣，太極尺是適合於太極0門檻入門的一種太極器械練習，太極尺長50cm，於兩手之間進行螺旋旋轉的動作，目的在於對圓有基礎概念，通過螺旋旋轉動作練習貫通24節脊椎，達到松肩、活脊、協調內外合一的效果。此太極尺練習突破傳統器械訓練模式，將經絡疏導、筋膜放鬆轉化為5G時代的碎片化養生練習，從辦公室工位到居家3m²的空間，都可以移動式構築太極能量場。

The Tai Chi Ruler is a Tai Chi equipment practice suitable for beginners with no prior experience. Through the spiral rotation of a 50cm Tai Chi Ruler in both hands, participants can establish a basic understanding of "circles" and connect the 24 vertebrae through movement, achieving effects of relaxed shoulders, activated spine, and overall coordination. This practice breaks through traditional equipment training models by integrating meridian unblocking and fascia relaxation into modern life, allowing participants to experience the health and wellness benefits of Tai Chi in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether in an office cubicle or a small home space, participants can easily create their own Tai Chi energy field, letting happiness and health bloom simultaneously!

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop and prepare the e-tickets for check-in
• Not recommended for individuals who are disabled, pregnant, have been diagnosed with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or other diseases that are not suitable for vigorous physical activities, or have a pacemaker installed. Participants with any of these conditions are strongly advised not to participate. Children aged under 12 shall be accompanied by guardians or parents during the activities.
• Paid tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Except upon occurrence of adverse weather conditions, i.e., when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in force, or a Black, Red, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, The Door Collective Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The arrangement will be annouced at least 2 hours prior to the start of the activity.
