Guided by mindfulness, you will be gently led through a body scan with soothing sounds and immersed in live, improvisational meditative music. Gradually, you will enter a state of deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to rest fully. This journey provides an opportunity to release accumulated tension and stress, rediscovering your inner tranquility and stability.

For a moment, let go of everything, and let the sound flow softly cleanse your body and mind, rejuvenating a refreshed and lighter version of yourself.

• Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for ease of exercise
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop and prepare the e-tickets for check-in
• Not recommended for individuals who are disabled, pregnant, have been diagnosed with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or other diseases that are not suitable for vigorous physical activities, or have a pacemaker installed. Participants with any of these conditions are strongly advised not to participate. Children aged under 12 shall be accompanied by guardians or parents during the activities.
