As the golden hues of autumn envelop us, we find ourselves at the doorstep of another exciting half term. Parents, are you ready to keep your little ones engaged, active, and entertained? This October, we have fantastic news that will have your kids bouncing with enthusiasm!


Fitness in Motion is proud to be recognized as one of the leading fitness and martial arts studios in Hong Kong. They are dedicated to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for individuals of all ages, offering an extensive range of classes designed to cater to the interests and abilities of the entire family. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, they have something for everyone!


This October, Fitness in Motion is thrilled to extend a warm invitation to children aged 4-7 and 6-13 to join them at their brand new studio located in Central. This is an incredible opportunity for kids to engage in physical activity, learn essential self-defense skills, and boost their confidence in a fun and supportive environment!


Starting Monday and running through Friday, they will be hosting thrilling sessions that provide two hours of intensive martial arts training. Their diverse curriculum includes exciting classes in Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, ensuring that every child has the chance to explore different facets of martial arts. Their experienced instructors are committed to teaching students not just techniques, but values like discipline, respect, and teamwork that will benefit them both inside and outside the dojo.


Please note that spaces for their classes are limited to just 10 kids per session to ensure individualized attention and a safe learning environment. We encourage you not to miss this fantastic opportunity for your child to develop their skills and make new friends!
